Once your order has been confirmed at our website, you may cancel it as long as your products haven’t been shipped yet. Cancellation requests must be made via email to email@example.com or reaching out to our office at +52 01 (33) 2016 6897. When your order contains custom products, unique pieces, special editions or for orders that haven’t been paid yet, cancellation can also be requested through the aforementioned means.
The amount paid for the cancelled order will always be refunded to the same payment method that was used to make the payment. When payment was completed through electronic fund transfer or direct cash deposit, the client must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +52 01 (33) 2016 6897 to arrange the reimbursement terms.
Cancellation refunds may take up to 30 business days after the cancellation date to be reflected in the client’s account balance.
